Meagan and Luis were great to work with. Luis had reached out about my home when he saw me post that I was looking to do FSBO on facebook. At first I was skeptical, but he had sent me a hand written letter and I thought that was a class act. I decided to call him and we had a good initial conversation. Throughout the process, he gave me multiple thorough market reports, even came over to pick me up and drive around my neighborhood and show me comps, and detail what our competition was like. Meagan did a fantastic job with the photography and advertising, I almost didn't even recognize my home when I saw the final product for sale. I had once been skeptical about real estate agents all together, but I genuinely feel like I made new friends through this process. I cannot say enough good things about the professionalism of these two, and felt like they actually cared. They provided a great service, I didn't have to worry a single step of the way. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for an agent, and they will be my first call next time I am looking to buy or sell any piece of property in the area.
