We met Don when we decided on the spur of the moment to view a Birch Bay listing from the Zillow app. It was the Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend, and we didn’t think that there would be an agent available during the holiday. Don greeted us, explained the particulars of the property and the local community, and then showed us the house. We enjoyed his approach, never felt pressured, and walked away with the information needed to make an offer. Don worked with us to make the offer, then helped us source the bridge and final financing. It was a sale that was done in a short amount of time, made more difficult by circumstances outside of Don’s control. He made us aware of these issues, always providing us with the path to be taken to finalize the sale. He was always available, professional and knowledgeable in a very cordial and reassuring manner.
