By random chance I came across Will's real estate profile on a different website. A lot of real estate agents, like Will, had a bunch of accolades to draw the eye in. There were plenty of big and shiny awards that are meant to say "I'm amazing!" But of all the agents' profiles I saw, only Will was willing to share some of his true personal interests. Not the generic statements we're used to. It was his seemingly relateable and down to Earth personality that led me to reach out, and sure enough Will turned out to be an incredible agent. When someone tells you that they have a passion for homes that exists outside of their work, that already puts them in a league above the rest. As a first time homebuyer, I felt like Will had my back the entire time and that meant a lot. He gave me guidance on what to look for and be aware of. The housing market is a scary place, but I'm glad I had a friend like Will to get me to my final destination!

This was the second time using Paul to help us sell a house. He is very easy to communicate with. Paul had a good marketing strategy, the house was staged and open houses were planned and carried out. He has a very good knowledge of the market. Both times he helped us price the house so we got fair offers right away. He isn't the kind of realtor that prices high and then has to lower the price to get offers. I appreciate that. The house had some issues that were revealed in the inspection. Paul helped us work through the issues and with his experience and connections kept the sale moving forward. He was very helpful through the whole process. I would highly recommend Paul if you are selling or buying.
