Jen Far Exceeded Our Expectations

In person, Jen is low key, relaxed, sincerely interested in what her clients are hoping to find in a new house. She's all of that AND behind the scenes I think she works like crazy to research houses, find their strengths and drawbacks and made good matches with what her clients want. More than once, she made multiple videos of properties we were interested in and were unable to see in person because we were out of town. Her commentary, along with the videos, highlighted the strengths and concerns regarding each property. She's factual and objective. She'll give her opinion if asked, but she wants the client to decide. When we had questions, she was quick to respond with the answer or find out what the answer was by talking with the sellers' agent, analyzing the inspection report, or doing her own research. Jen was pretty much over-the-top fantastic, and we would recommend her to anyone who needs a real estate agent.
