Rob was such a help in the whole process of getting my dad's house sold. He was very knowledgeable in estate sales and always answered my questions. He was great with communication and responded when needed and kept me apprised of market activity, offers and anything that was important to get the house sold. After CitiBank refused to finance me for my home due to a completely inept mortgage rep, I felt like giving up but Yma didn't give up on me.
