Deedee was amazing to work with on the purchase of our new home!! She was available and willing to answer our many questions and went the extra mile to work with the selling realtor to accommodate our wishes.

Deedee showed a high level of knowledge, communication and professionalism throughout our entire buying process.

Very responsive, quite knowledgeable she has all the right gifts Patience, gives great advice, seeks great negotiation powers makes the deal happen! She’s top notch in her feild and can help compromise to closing. So easy to work with. We have bought four homes with her in the last 3 years and sold 3 and I found buyer for one and she was able to handle the paperwork at a percentage a lawyer would’ve cost more ( crazy to think a real estate lawyer would’ve had to use a realtors disclosures and charge for that which is law and ok but why not use a realtor anyway ?! ) so I did and it went smoothly with no bumps! This last sell garnered 8 k more then asking with no sellers compensation to buyer he needed no help in down payment or closing costs The best purchase and sell agreement Very little repairs window locks and small leak with plumber fix and two gfi with an Eltrician fix easy peasy closing!!

Nick is attentive and honest.

Nick always answers his phone, whether he’s on vacation or whether it’s late in the evening he always answers his phone. He always knows the answer or can find it. To me that is the most important thing. It just shows he cares about the client that much that he never feels inconvenienced by a telephone call.

I highly recommend using Nick Bowler. Not only is he professional and knowledgeable but he is very personable. I found Nick to be prompt and give me honest feedback. Cant say enough positive about him other than I will definitely source out his services for any future real estate needs!
