She’s top notch in her feild and can help compromise to closing. So easy to work with. We have bought four homes with her in the last 3 years and sold 3 and I found buyer for one and she was able to handle the paperwork at a percentage a lawyer would’ve cost more ( crazy to think a real estate lawyer would’ve had to use a realtors disclosures and charge for that which is law and ok but why not use a realtor anyway ?! ) so I did and it went smoothly with no bumps! This last sell garnered 8 k more then asking with no sellers compensation to buyer he needed no help in down payment or closing costs The best purchase and sell agreement Very little repairs window locks and small leak with plumber fix and two gfi with an Eltrician fix easy peasy closing!!
