We have bought four homes with her in the last 3 years and sold 3 and I found buyer for one and she was able to handle the paperwork at a percentage a lawyer would’ve cost more ( crazy to think a real estate lawyer would’ve had to use a realtors disclosures and charge for that which is law and ok but why not use a realtor anyway ?! ) so I did and it went smoothly with no bumps!
