Rob helped the reviewer sell this property

Knowledgeable, great communication and helpful to make the probate sale an easy process

Rob was such a help in the whole process of getting my dad's house sold. He was very knowledgeable in estate sales and always answered my questions. He knew the best way to get the property ready which was important since I was from out of state. He was great with communication and responded when needed and kept me apprised of market activity, offers and anything that was important to get the house sold. He knew the market and was able to get a better sale price than I was expecting. When the property was in escrow Rob was on top of getting it done and we closed in a week!
