Active attention to detail.

We had an unusual problem after the buyer’s inspection. It was handled professionally without interruption to the closing time line. We hired Kate to help us sell our property “off market” and she was always involved and helpful.

Kate Fadden did an A+ job helping me purchase my new condo! She was incredibly communicative and knowledgeable throughout the entire process, and I always felt like I knew what was happening and what to expect. What I appreciated most was that even though I wasn’t purchasing a huge, expensive home, Kate never once made me feel like I was anything less than a priority. She was attentive, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping me the whole way through. I’m so excited about my new condo and incredibly grateful to Kate for helping make it happen. I would absolutely recommend her!
