Carol is so amazing! With her knowledge and experience, she was able to guide us throughout the whole process, and was outstanding at helping us remain calm with all of the obstacles we would occur in our path. She is great at communicating with her clients, and keeping you updated every step of the way. She is extremely responsive and is a phone call or text away no matter the day or time. She was able to help us all the way from listing our house, to buying our home. She has tons of connections and good relations with other realtors and great contractors. We encountered issues with contractors we had chosen, who simply failed to preform their jobs, but Carol was ready with a calm voice and a solution to our problems. I originally started looking to move over 5 years ago. Even though I was “looking” I really wasn’t ready to move but knew I eventually wanted to. Aaron was great at setting up a search which kept me in the loop with all the homes for sale that fit my criteria. He would periodically check in with us in a friendly and inviting way. He was available and helpful with home showings in a timely manner. When it finally came to a house my family was interested in pursuing he walked us through all the steps of buying a home. He was knowledgeable about negotiations and what would align with our wishes. There is more to buying a home then I realized, and Aaron was super awesome in taking the time with me and reviewing steps to ensure the house is in good condition for us to buy. He was always available when we needed him. We never had to wait to get back information we needed with buying this home. I would bounce suggestions and thoughts off with him and I felt validated with everything I said. Even maybe when I suggested something far fetched [always trying to get a good deal :)] he never made me feel silly for asking. He was great! Him and his team were great!

The whole time you're with Deb she's paying attention to you. She listens carefully and seems to store up all your wants, needs and dreams. Then she makes it her business to find just the right house. She is intuitive, caring and really, really good at her job, while becoming a great friend.

We made it tricky for them by going on a trip halfway through the selling/buying process, but Jose was wonderful and made sure we had all the resources to keep things going smoothly! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Caimi has been our property manager for many years so we were aware of how organized and professional she is before she became our realtor! We got a full price offer within 3 days, but the buyers turned out to be flakes and pulled out 12 days before escrow closed! So onward we went. Deb made sure our house was properly marketed to get as much exposure as possible! We sold it and love our new home. I highly recommend Deb as she is very knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate.
