Deb Clough was born and raised right here in Southern Idaho’s
Magic Valley—on a farm with a small dairy, no less—so you could
say she knows a thing or two about hard work, growth, and how to
drive a tractor. These days, her horsepower looks a little different.
When she’s not helping clients navigate the real estate market, she
and her husband are out exploring the mountains or desert in their
UTV, or cruising the backroads on their Harley for weekend
adventures and far-off rallies.
A full-time, full-hearted real estate professional, Deb brings not only
a deep knowledge of the local market but also a sense of humor
and a genuine passion for helping others. Whether it’s a first-time
homebuyer wide-eyed with excitement, a senior looking to
downsize gracefully, or a family relocating to or from the area, Deb
is there—designations and all. She’s an SRES (Senior Real Estate
Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), and a
member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, which is a
fancy way of saying she knows how to handle just about any real
estate situation with skill, care, and a smile.
Deb is also deeply committed to community service. She’s served
as chairperson for Coldwell Banker’s “Homes for Dogs” event
(because who doesn’t love dogs and houses?), helped raise
scholarship funds as a Magic Valley Builders Association board
member, and supports military families through the Family
Readiness Group. As Vice President of the local Kiwanis Club, she
rolls up her sleeves to support seniors and local youth.
At home, Deb enjoys a quieter pace with her two rescue pups (aka
her fur kids), close friends, and a bit of “glamping” when time allows.
Her clients love her for her honest advice, patient guidance, and
ability to turn what could be a stressful process into an enjoyable
one.
If you’re buying, selling, relocating, upsizing, downsizing—or just
not sure where to begin—Deb Clough is the experienced,
grounded, and trusted advisor you’ll want by your side.
