We moved from San Diego to Twin in 2020. Deb coordinated her schedule to work with our travel plans. She spent 3 days showing us local towns so that we could make a choice as to where we wanted to live. We’re choose Twin. When we got home we feverishly looked at houses on line and narrowed it down to 3. We came back to Twin and put an offer on one and got it. Deb was brilliant every step of the way. 5-1/2 years later we decided to move. She again showed us many houses and we chose one and put an offer on it and it was accepted. She lined up help so we could make it move in ready and had it staged. It took some time. But it ultimately sold. We got a full price offer within 3 days, but the buyers turned out to be flakes and pulled out 12 days before escrow closed! So onward we went. Deb made sure our house was properly marketed to get as much exposure as possible! We sold it and love our new home. I highly recommend Deb as she is very knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate.
