She was also very personable and has a great knowledge of the market place Even when our search took us a couple of hours out of town we refused to work with any other agent and she continued to work with us. Her recommendation of a finance person was also spot on. All in all, we had the best experience with the right person.

I originally started looking to move over 5 years ago. Even though I was “looking” I really wasn’t ready to move but knew I eventually wanted to. Aaron was great at setting up a search which kept me in the loop with all the homes for sale that fit my criteria. He would periodically check in with us in a friendly and inviting way. He was available and helpful with home showings in a timely manner. When it finally came to a house my family was interested in pursuing he walked us through all the steps of buying a home. He was knowledgeable about negotiations and what would align with our wishes. There is more to buying a home then I realized, and Aaron was super awesome in taking the time with me and reviewing steps to ensure the house is in good condition for us to buy. He was always available when we needed him. We never had to wait to get back information we needed with buying this home. I would bounce suggestions and thoughts off with him and I felt validated with everything I said. Even maybe when I suggested something far fetched [always trying to get a good deal :)] he never made me feel silly for asking. He was great! Him and his team were great!

Aaron and his team were fantastic. We were selling after moving out of state, so there were a lot of moving parts, and they helped coordinate everything well and helped us find the right buyer. I appreciated all their help.

Deb is absolutely the agent for the job. She worked tirelessly even though I didn't buy a huge house and didn't have a lot of money. It didn't matter to her, she cares about making sure you get the home that will work best for you. She is so easy to talk to and work with I truly felt like I had a best friend on my side. Even when my own family was not supportive she worked to make sure things went smoothly and was always there for me... helping to walk me through the process! The whole time you're with Deb she's paying attention to you. She listens carefully and seems to store up all your wants, needs and dreams. Then she makes it her business to find just the right house. She is intuitive, caring and really, really good at her job, while becoming a great friend.

We made it tricky for them by going on a trip halfway through the selling/buying process, but Jose was wonderful and made sure we had all the resources to keep things going smoothly! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
