As an out of town buyer, Paul walked me through all the steps I needed to do. He handled things on my behalf that I was not able to do in person. Excellent experience for me.

Paul has helped me to buy and sell multiple homes now. His knowledge of the Boise market and experience as a seasoned agent shows in his attention to detail, prompt follow-up, and industry connections to enable all aspects of the buying/selling process. This includes excellent partners for titling and a network of contractors to assist with yardwork, home improvements, and addressing home inspection items. Paul went above and beyond to make sure the home was taken care of as I had moved out of state prior to it selling and provided me with updates regularly without any prompting. Paul is friendly, easy to work with, and would highly recommend for buying selling in the Boise or Wilderness Ranch area.

Donalyn and Hank far surpassed our expectations for what a realtor could be. Their combined expertise, patience, wisdom and guidance helped us navigate our first home sale and second home purchase. Always ready to help and available day or night to answer our questions, they went above and beyond the standard call of duty to put us in a position of success. If you’re looking for a personal relationship in a sea of transactions, we couldn’t recommend Donalyn, Hank, and Sea to Farm Real Estate any higher!

We recently relocated to Boise and Donalyn made the real estate part of the process as easy as it could be. She knows Boise very well, the ins-and-outs of the various towns and neighborhoods, and was supportive in every way. I would not hesitate to recommend Donalyn to close friends and relatives. We were lucky a friend recommended her and I cannot recommend her strongly enough.

Let me start with the bottom line: Donalyn and Hank Allen are unicorns. If a close friend or loved one needed a realtor, I would badger them until they chose the Allens. We needed to sell our beloved home of 25 years—a property with large trees, lush gardens, and lots of maintenance—before we could buy our next home. The Allens guided us every step of the way. Over several months, they gave us clear, practical instructions for preparing the home. It was obvious they knew far more than we did (as it should be with any professional), and their experience gave us peace of mind. Donalyn’s market analysis was spot-on—equal parts data and instinct. She helped us choose a smart, competitive price. The photography was beautiful, and the MLS listing was so well done we found ourselves saying, “Dang… that looks like a home I’d want to buy!” Despite a cooling market and increased competition in our neighborhood, we had 9 showings in 7 days and received a full-price offer. That’s no accident—it's the result of experience, strategic thinking, and impeccable follow-through. Donalyn also set and managed an aggressive closing timeline, aligning our sale and purchase seamlessly. As movers finished loading our truck, the buyer’s moving pod pulled into the driveway. Talk about timing. From inspection to appraisal to contract changes, they protected our interests and our earnest money with calm, confident professionalism. They were always available, incredibly responsive, and deeply ethical in every interaction. Donalyn and Hank Allen are worth more than their commission. If you’re selling your home, do yourself a favor and call Sea to Farm Real Estate. We’re profoundly grateful we did.
