It was a pleasure (yes, a pleasure) to work with Lana in the purchase of our new home. I told her what I needed in communication (or lack-of in my personal situation lol), what I was looking for in a home (all the things), and shared my anxieties (so many) from beginning to end. Lana listened to me and responded accordingly through the whole process. Lana carried herself as a professional and experienced Realtor who wanted for us what we wanted for ourselves. I can't remember exactly when it was that I asked her to share with me "qualifying homes", but pretty sure it was at least 8 months ago or more! The patience that takes... We thoroughly enjoyed working with Lana and we TRULY appreciate the tolerance & patience of her partner Q in regards to the demands of (and Lana's passion for) her job! We would definitely work with her again in the future if our situation warranted it. Highly recommend working with Lana for anyone interested in listing or selling in the future!

Lana was absolutely great to work with. Whether it's your first house or 5th, she will guide you efficiently, effectively, and enjoyably. Her knowledge of the industry and market was perfect, and everything went smooth right to closing. I will use Lana again and refer her to anyone.

Awesome to work with and responds quickly and accurately

After knowing Ruthie personally for almost 30 years, we were very happy to have the opportunity to work with her on our recent home purchase. She did an outstanding job from start to finish and made the entire transaction smooth and easy. It was great to see that the qualities we’ve appreciated in her personally for so many years carry over into her work as a real estate professional. We would gladly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.

We highly recommend Ruthie New for any real estate transactions you may have. This is the 3rd time we have used Ruthie and every time she was very professional and worked diligently to sell our home. We have also used her to buy a home for my mom. She took her time to go over every piece of paper so my mom knew exactly what she was signing. We appreciated her patience during that transaction. If you want a real estate agent that is knowledgeable and hardworking, we strongly recommend you give Ruthie a call. SHE IS THE BEST!!!

Ruthie is professional and experienced

This one's hard you guys, I don't know where to start and how to finish. I do know that Trayce Ghislain is top notch. She knows the market so precise, that she makes home shopping and selling fell like a stroll in the park. We all know that this is a overwhelming time. Especially as a 1st time home buyer. My wife and I were stressing that we would be pushed around and shown homes that did not fit what we where looking for. Let me tell you Trayce 1st of all took the time to get to know us as friends and then made us feel like we were family. She took time put of her personal schedule to help us. She wanted to let us know that she was there to lean on ask the hard questions and even the easiest some time dumb ones that every 1st timer asks. Trayce without a doubt made our whole home shopping and buying experience so pleasurable so easy so darn fun. Trayce will listen to you, she understands the market better then you would think shes a professional and it shows in her dedication to her job. If I could give 10, 20, 30 star reviews I would. She made sure that the home was what we wanted what we needed. Trayce even took a day to come and help me fix a few things at our home just because she is that realtor and wanted us to get the home. Minor paint touch ups like who does that. I've never heard of a agent doing that in my 40 years. But let me tell you she has no problem gettin in areas and looking at areas you dont want to. All I can say is WOW. Trayce is and will always be our AGENT. Her whole Team she uses is the best. Thank you Trayce Ghislain we feel like family and WE LOVE OUR NEW HOME THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!

Trayce is one of a kind and hands down the best realtor anyone could ask for. She goes above and beyond for her clients. This was my first time purchasing a home, and with that already being such an overwhelming experience, she truly made me and my husband feel like family and that everything was taken care of from start to finish. We absolutely love her and loved our experience and would recommend her to anyone and everyone!
