This one's hard you guys, I don't know where to start and how to finish. I do know that Trayce Ghislain is top notch. She knows the market so precise, that she makes home shopping and selling fell like a stroll in the park. We all know that this is a overwhelming time. Especially as a 1st time home buyer. My wife and I were stressing that we would be pushed around and shown homes that did not fit what we where looking for. Let me tell you Trayce 1st of all took the time to get to know us as friends and then made us feel like we were family. She took time put of her personal schedule to help us. She wanted to let us know that she was there to lean on ask the hard questions and even the easiest some time dumb ones that every 1st timer asks. Trayce without a doubt made our whole home shopping and buying experience so pleasurable so easy so darn fun. She made sure that the home was what we wanted what we needed. Trayce even took a day to come and help me fix a few things at our home just because she is that realtor and wanted us to get the home. Minor paint touch ups like who does that. I've never heard of a agent doing that in my 40 years. But let me tell you she has no problem gettin in areas and looking at areas you dont want to. All I can say is WOW. Trayce is and will always be our AGENT. Her whole Team she uses is the best.
