It was a pleasure (yes, a pleasure) to work with Lana in the purchase of our new home. I told her what I needed in communication (or lack-of in my personal situation lol), what I was looking for in a home (all the things), and shared my anxieties (so many) from beginning to end. Lana listened to me and responded accordingly through the whole process. Lana carried herself as a professional and experienced Realtor who wanted for us what we wanted for ourselves. I can't remember exactly when it was that I asked her to share with me "qualifying homes", but pretty sure it was at least 8 months ago or more! The patience that takes... We thoroughly enjoyed working with Lana and we TRULY appreciate the tolerance & patience of her partner Q in regards to the demands of (and Lana's passion for) her job! We would definitely work with her again in the future if our situation warranted it. Highly recommend working with Lana for anyone interested in listing or selling in the future!

She communicated extremely well with all parties involved in the buying process including buyers, builder's representative, loan officer, title company. Provided her local experience and knowledge to us being from out of state. Has become a good friend.

Lana is very accommodating and goes out of her way to understand her client's needs and wants. She is proactive and moves quickly when it is time to make an offer. She follows through and communicates progress every step of the way. Communication is always clear and timely.

My wife and I had a house in Nampa that we wanted to sell. We've never really sold property before, so to say we didn't really know what we were doing is an understatement. We hired a realtor and listed our house in April of 2025 and took it off the market in September 2025 because it didn't sell. Why? There are a myriad of reasons, none of which have to do with Lana Roberts. The part of the story that DOES include Lana Roberts is when she showed up at our home in Nampa and pitched her game plan for how she was going to sell our house. It was so refreshing to hear her ideas! Additionally, she addressed our concerns about specific aspects of the process by saying things like, "I'm going to call them on the phone, and have a conversation so that we can work out a plan that is best for everyone!" Lana listened to us and set our expectations. Her team put together a comprehensive sale price based on the other properties in our neighborhood (turns out our last realtor had us WAAAY over-priced), they staged our home and added cards throughout the house giving people a sense of use and vibe of the home. I could go on and on; however, when it came time, Lana listed our house on a Thursday and we were under contract the following Monday!! We have since sold the house and the stress of two mortgages/properties is behind us. Had we picked Lana on day one, we would have never gone all of that time not selling our home!! We wasted so much time and energy going with a realtor who was not the least bit invested in selling our home. Lana on the other hand, dove in and learned about our house, the area, the era it was built, and made us feel like she wanted to help us with this major ordeal rather than just bank a commission! If you have a property to sell, and you are reading this, you have found the realtor for you. I wouldn't hesitate a second to recommend Lana and her team with your home! They are incredible, personable, professional, and frankly the best in the business!!
