I didn't have to wait and bother them for updates, they kept in constant contact and were highly motivated to get the job done. They were understanding that I was mostly out of town and helped me with items that needed done in my absence. ie: meeting contractors at the house, etc. They both are great communicators. I would highly recommend to any of my friends and family.
