Excellent and Smooth Experience!

We couldn't recommend Danny and Megan any more than we already do! Wonderful people with amazing knowledge in the industry, surrounding areas and market! We relocated from out of state for my husband's work and had been looking at homes online for weeks prior to getting to Idaho. Danny was able to get our eyes on one particular house that we really loved online and we just "had the feeling" about, the day before it's Open House. And not by miracle, but by having a team like Danny and Megan behind us negotiating, we were able to purchase in a record time of 2 weeks for $25k less than the original listing!!! Yes, from the initial tour, putting in an offer, negotiations, inspection, appraisal and connecting us with an excellent mortgage broker, we accomplished what sounds impossible with minimal stress, and are now the happiest homeowners in the state!
