John was fantastic to work with from his detailed market reviews and recommendations to helping navigate tricky situations!

Jonathan has helped me with a few real estate transactions. The most recent required some experienced perspective and knowledge on how to structure a unique scenario to work for buyer and seller parties. He helped communicate the details I needed to know to negotiate each area of the sale and ensure all activity lead to a close. I will be referring Jonathan to family and friends and using him again in the future. When you need experience and knowledge on how to navigate a unique hurdle in the purchase or sale of a house, having a point of contact for each detail in the contract and to ensure the conversation with the other party is handled in a caring communication is vital. Jonathan can be that expert in realty subject matter and also help with simple realty transactions.

We didn’t just find a great realtor, we found a friend. My wife and I worked with Jonathan Long during our move from California to Idaho, and we could not have asked for a better experience. I first connected with Jonathan in January, and when we came to Idaho in April, he and his partner put together a tour of communities from Boise to Star. This helped us understand the different neighborhoods and find not just the right house, but the right place to live. As out of state buyers, we relied heavily on Jonathan’s local knowledge, guidance, and communication. When our California home sold much faster than expected, things moved quickly, and Jonathan was always available to answer questions and keep everything on track. One area where Jonathan really stood out was during the inspection process. We purchased a model home that was being sold essentially as is, but he worked hard on our behalf and successfully negotiated to have the inspection issues addressed and repaired. His attention to detail and willingness to advocate for his clients made a huge difference. Jonathan is professional, knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and genuinely cares about the people he works with. We are extremely grateful for everything he did to help make our move to Idaho a success and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home in the Treasure Valley.

Cassie was in constant communication during the entire process. She navigated the back-and-forth negotiations between us and the buyers that resulted in a very good solution for all parties. She handled the negotiated expenditures, scheduling of all contractors and payment of all bills with integrity, professionalism and transparency. She is an asset as a real estate agent in this valley.

We first started using Cassie as our property manager. She was exellent in getting our tenants and serving both them and us. We then decided to sell the house but first wanted to update it a bit. She helped us get bids since we live out of state. But then we had an unfortunate flood occur in our kitchen down to our basement. Thank God Cassie found it and stopped it. She stayed with us, helping along the way with our insurance company and contractors. Her communication is excellent and she kept us informed all along the way. Our house went back on the market and she found great buyers and we closed last week. We would highly recommend Cassie as a property manager or real estate agent!

Cassie went above and beyond to get this deal closed! She was part of the blessing of becoming a homeowner. Very thankful and grateful.
