About Cleve

Cleve Loveland is the owner/broker of Loveland Properties. He has over 40 years of experience working in the real estate industry. He has successfully represented buyers, sellers and landlords throughout the Central Florida Area. He is also the #1 Voice of Real Estate featuring the "Loveland Report" Radio Show. He holds many certifications within the field of real estate including GRI - Graduate, Realtor Institute, CRS - Certified Residential Specialist and CNE - Certified Negotiation Expert. He is a Rotarian of the West Orlando Rotary Club, the FPA - Financial Planning Association and NARPM - National Association of Residential Property Managers. He enjoys traveling and spending time with his family and two dogs while not out in the field servicing our clients.

Outstanding service from start to finish. I had moved out of the home prior to listing to accommodate more space for my child and lifestyle, and wanted to ensure a quick and efficient sale. They moved quickly to get everything closed, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction without any unnecessary delays. I really appreciated their focus and professionalism throughout the process, as well as easily reachable for any questions along the way. The Perfect Realtor for two First-Time Homebuyers!

We had such a great experience working with Alize as first-time homebuyers! Going into the process, there was so much we didn’t know, and she was there to guide us through every step. Home sale Mt Dora

Cleve, along with his team were professional, and goal driven. While this was a buyers market, the Loveland group stayed with the goal of selling my home. I would use Loveland again for any future transactions.
