This was my first ever home purchase, and so I had never been through the home buying process before in any capacity. Dennis from the very beginning laid out the process and what to expect. I had a huge variety of things I was considering without any real direction or idea of where I ultimately wanted to live. Dennis selected, over several months of my looking, a variety of options that met the range and scope of what I had expressed. Everything from multi-family investments to single family homes with lake views. Ultimately I wound up in a downtown condo with an amazing view.
