This was my first time buying a house and I used a VA loan, so the process felt overwhelming and confusing at times. I honestly don’t know if I could’ve done it without my buyer’s agent, Gina. She went above and beyond every step of the way—always quick to respond (often within minutes), incredibly patient, and full of practical advice that came from years of experience. Her guidance made everything smoother: from understanding VA loan requirements, negotiating effectively, to navigating inspections and closing details. She clearly knows the market inside and out and truly cared about getting me the best outcome. If you’re buying a home—especially with a VA loan—I can’t recommend Gina highly enough. She made what could’ve been stressful actually enjoyable!

Our decision to move was a rather short notice one. John responded to our request immediately. He listened to all of our needs and concerns. But more than that, he addressed them each, one by one. His direction and guidance was invaluable. He helped us prepare the home for sale and to address all the details of closing accounts, ( such as propane, electricity, taxes, etc. ) staging, and dealing with the purchaser’s agent. He provided drone overhead photos as well as excellent inside and outside photos featuring our home. Every step of the way we felt comfortable with the process. He listened to all our questions and addressed them all. He was never pushing us, rather he was assisting us on whatever came up. His skills as a mediator were invaluable. His consideration also included the needs of the buyer. This made the whole process smooth and without stress. Great Jody was proffessional and Attentive .We worked with her 1 year before and due to some circumstances we were not able to purchase at that time . We got intouch with her again and she was as proffessional and attentive to our needs as before and even after.
