LIVIN PARADISE REALTY LLC

When you're looking to purchase in a new state the process can be fraught with anxiety and doubt. Is this the right city? The right neighborhood? The right house? But with Gina's insight and patience it was a breeze. She not only showed us the houses but also the city, setting us at ease that we can live here and enjoy ourselves. She always made sure to give us her honest opinion but was careful to let us judge for ourselves. And now we can look forward to this new chapter with our new home and equally important, our new friends!

Gina Dossantos was highly professional, communicative, responsive and supportive—advising as we prepared our property for listing so that it would show in the best possible light. The skills she offered as a result of her extensive experience and training helped us to navigate each step during the sale process—from negotiation with the Buyer through property inspection and on to closing. Gina has successfully represented two properties for our family in the midst of challenging real estate markets, and brought both to a timely and successful sale. We highly recommend Gina to anyone who is seeking an agent who is personable, highly competent and has a proven track record of successful sales.

Gina was truly amazing throughout my first home-buying experience. From day one, she made the entire process smooth, easy, and far less stressful than I expected. She genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable every step of the way and never once rushed me into making a decision. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me find a home that was the right fit for me. She was always available to answer my questions, kept me informed throughout the entire process, and truly had my best interests at heart. Her professionalism, knowledge, patience, and attention to detail made a huge difference. Thanks to Gina, I found a home that I'm genuinely happy with, and I couldn't be more grateful for all of her hard work and dedication. If you're looking for a real estate agent who truly cares about her clients and goes above and beyond, I highly recommend Gina. Thank you again for helping me buy my first home!
