We live out of state and inherited a house in Palm Coast that needed to be emptied out, polished up a bit, and sold. Gina went above and beyond to serve as our remote stand-in arranging for multiple handyman bids, cleaners, removing estate sale leftovers, mailing me some items I had forgotten to retrieve, etc. Of course, that's all on top of the primary function of a real estate agent, which is to do a good job selling your house.
