Amanda provided great advice as how best market our home and navigate through the current real estate market. She volunteered to do open houses. Being that we were remote, she helped us understand what was happening. Even through the post sale environment, she helped us prepare the house for transfer to the new owners, including helping us get rid of things we didn't want to move. Amanda really went above and beyond.

Throughout the moving process Pam was a constant reminder of God’s goodness in our transition to a new state. Being 15 hours away and selling a house is HARD. Her responsiveness to our needs both with selling our home and buying our new home was above and beyond our expectations. She coordinated a same day closing on both homes with efficiency and was physically present at both closings and as needed throughout the process.
