I worked in the real estate field, from sales to construction to finance, for 25+ years and Pam is right at the top of my list of agents! Before I put my house on the market, I heard from a friend that Pam had customers looking for a house in my neighborhood. I met her for a preview and knew before the tour was over that I was going to list with her. Her market knowledge and professionalism really stood out. From beginning to completion of the sale we were informed of every action taken. Pam always let us know our options and listened patiently to our decisions. She took care of every detail to better present the house for viewing. Due to her experience and professionalism, anything unexpected that came up she took care of. From tree trimming to a new water heater she did it all. Even during a crazy market. Working with Pam on this sale was an easy and pleasant experience. Working with Pam was honestly such a wonderful experience. She was consistent, responsive, and really put in effort, from, start to finish. What I appreciated most was that she kept sending me homes she truly thought would be a good fit, even when I initially wasn’t interested in one that ended up being the house! Pam really works hard. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and isn’t just trying to close on “another deal”. I always felt supported and NEVER pressured, which mattered a lot to me during a stressful season. She stayed on top of things, communicated clearly, and made the whole process feel a lot less overwhelming.
