LANE REALTY SERVICES, LLC

Ours was not an easy sell. Unexpected problems and challenges arose on more than one occasion with regard to the preparation, follow-through, and sale of our house, but Pam dealt with them all quickly, expertly, completely, and without complaint. She was in contact with us as necessary and in a timely manner. She made all the arrangements for repairs and contacts, and informed us of such in advance, when in progress, and upon completion. Her concerted effort to check on things along the way so as to make sure that all was well resulted in a final sale that went perfectly. Professional, actively engaged, efficient, personal, encouraging, and willing to go above and beyond the call of duty describes Pam Dean as our realtor agent. We would highly recommend her.

We are so grateful to have had Pam as our real estate agent! From start to finish, she was a clear communicator, honest and upfront about the selling process, and genuinely compassionate toward our family. She guided us through each step with care and made what can be a stressful experience feel much more manageable. Pam was immensely helpful in connecting us with the services and resources we needed to prepare our home for sale. Her knowledge of the real estate market in DeLand, Florida, was exceptional, and her attention to detail gave us confidence throughout the entire process. We always felt that she had our best interests at heart and truly cared about helping our family navigate this season. We feel incredibly blessed to have worked with Pam and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and caring real estate agent. She went above and beyond for our family, and we are so thankful for all she did for us!

Pam was always a text or call away. She was always in contact with us letting us know feedback, what she thought worked, and what wasn’t working. She was always so willing to pivot, generous with her time, and always willing to go the extra mile. Pam wasn’t just kind to us as her clients but every professional, buyer, and colleague she interacted with. True gift from above and made the process easier. Thanks, Pam!

Pam Dean with Lane Realty is BEYOND magnificent. I hired her (after interviewing MANY local realtors) to sell my home. She sold it within a couple of months in a down market and I couldn't be happier. She is still with me as I move forward to close on a new construction home within a couple of weeks! She truly is more than a realtor...she is a trusted advisor. By way of her ability to connect with clients on a personal level, she will easily become a trusted friend to you. Her market knowledge, negotiation abilities, and communication skills go above and beyond any seller or buyer would ever want. Selling, and then buying a new construction home at the same time, is a daunting process. Pam provides specific direction when questions are abundant, decision-making strength when needed most, and provides an excellent home buying/selling experience, making the transitional process from seller to buyer comfortable and worry free. A true professional and highly recommended ~without a doubt!
