Brenda was the best ! Having no knowledge of the Florida real estate market, my wife and I were comforted by Brenda's knowledge and patience. If it wasn’t for Pete and his knowledge of real estate we wouldn’t have gotten this house. When it looked like the insurance company wouldn’t insure the home because of the roof and the seller wasn’t budging on replacing it. Pete came up with an alternative way of paying for the roof at closing so that our offer could go through! Pete did such a wonderful job with everything. He helped us with that. I have now hired him to sell my existing home. I’ve also recommended him to everyone I can! He’s been a blessing to me and my family and I wouldn’t wanna work with anyone else.
