I moved from Massachusetts to the Daytona Beach area at the beginning of 2004. I remain an avid New England Patriots and Boston Red Sox fan. I did my undergraduate studies at Ithaca College in New York and my graduate work at The University of Massachusetts in Boston. While in Massachusetts, I owned and operated New England’s largest mediation and arbitration company, settling lawsuits out of court. The negotiation and sales experience that I received in third party dispute resolution has led to an easy transition into a career in Real Estate. Here in Daytona Beach, I am a full-time, full service Realtor with RE/MAX Signature and I am very active with the American Cancer Society serving in the past on the Board of Directors and as the Chair from 2009-2010. I am also a 2- year Past-Chair of the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk helping to raise awareness of the fight and over $600,000. I have also served the ACS in several statewide capacities as a volunteer. I currently serve the City of Daytona Beach as a volunteer on the Beautification & Tree Advisory Board and as a volunteer Tourism Ambassador for the Convention & Visitors Bureau. Please call me anytime if you need any real estate services, like a free, no obligation comparative market analysis on your home to gauge its value in today’s market or if you or a friend or family member needs assistance in buying a home. I work with new construction, traditional resale homes and condos, short sales, bank foreclosures and luxury homes. My personal goal is to make each client, a customer for life. In order to accomplish that goal, I calmly and competently assist you in the buying and/or selling process, effectively communicating all along the way. I understand the many challenges that clients face in the real estate process these days, and work to find unique answers to the questions that you may face.
