Sandy Cencerik was recommended to us by a friend who had used her to sell a couple of their houses. I initially texted her and she responded quickly. We set an appointment to go over our property 3 days later. She confirmed the appointment the day of the appointment, she was on time, and she was very prepared with information about our property and comparable ones. We discussed the value of our home, she made a few suggestions of things we could do to stage our property the best, and set a follow up appointment for us to list the property. On the follow-up visit she again discussed the listing and all of the numbers that go into it. Before she would let us sign, she talked to us about the various possibilities from a long wait time to a quick sale. She made sure we knew how volatile the market was right now and it could get crazy. We appreciated the time she took with us as we were 1st time sellers! We were well informed.
