We needed someone to help us sell our present farm and find a new place. Our goal was to downsize to something more accomodating for two seniors who had lived in the same place for over 30 years. Neither transaction was easy! No matter. As each new obstacle arose she identified the problem, sorted through it, and offered us a workable solution. She maintained a professional and positive attitude throughout. My family is very happy with the outcome of both the sale of the old property and the acquisition of the new home.

Mindy accepted the agent responsibility of an older home. Although the home was pleasant it had a couple issues. She came to the task with a smile on her face, a super disposition and a plan. When I was looking to sell my home, I knew I needed a realtor & someone I could trust as I don't have a lot of experience in this industry. I worked for a really good man in my line of work & found out his wife joined the real estate business. They've always been really good to me and are very kindhearted people, so I figured I'd let her be my realtor & I'm glad I did!!! From start to finish I felt like it was a wild roller coaster ride because it was my first time buying & selling at the same time. Mindy was such an inspiration to me with this whole process! I always had multiple questions, and she was always there to answer. She learned what I was looking for really quick & got right onto searching for homes for me & stayed up super late doing so. She jumped through hoops just to get my place sold at a reasonable price. She was able to set me up with a mortgage company that was very reputable & helpful. I really loved the guy I spoke with and had also had my best interest in mind. Mindy always reached out to me to make sure I didn't have any more questions or concerns and always kept me up to date with what was going on and never left me in the dark.
