Mindy accepted the agent responsibility of an older home. Although the home was pleasant it had a couple issues. She came to the task with a smile on her face, a super disposition and a plan. It all worked. We were all happy with the outcome-the home sale. During the process we witnessed Mindy's supreme marketing skills as well as her very able communication skills. I worked for a really good man in my line of work & found out his wife joined the real estate business. They've always been really good to me and are very kindhearted people, so I figured I'd let her be my realtor & I'm glad I did!!! From start to finish I felt like it was a wild roller coaster ride because it was my first time buying & selling at the same time. Mindy was such an inspiration to me with this whole process! I always had multiple questions, and she was always there to answer. She learned what I was looking for really quick & got right onto searching for homes for me & stayed up super late doing so. She jumped through hoops just to get my place sold at a reasonable price. She was able to set me up with a mortgage company that was very reputable & helpful. I really loved the guy I spoke with and had also had my best interest in mind.
