Then she negotiated an extra $1000 to compensate for the inconvenience caused by having people still working on our property even after closing.

This is my second real estate purchase with Dragana, and honestly, that should tell you everything you need to know. Buying a house is exciting… almost too exciting. We regularly toured 15+ homes in a single day, and she never made me feel rushed or like I was taking too much of her time. She was always patient, responsive, and available whenever I needed her. She wasn’t focused on making a sale. She was focused on making sure I bought the right home, and that’s exactly why I trusted her enough to work with her again. Terrie helped us sell our house in one week when the market was rather slow. She also provided great contacts that helped us get our house ready for sale. She was responsive to our questions. Overall, we were pleased with our experience working with Terrie.

Josh and his team did an amazing job. Listed the house, brought the home the team out, shot videos and helped me every step of the way. I have worked with a lot of realtors being in the construction industry and hands down Josh is the best. Above and beyond on service, got me above asking, helped with small repairs, and had 3 showings the day it was listed!!! He was a blessing to me and my family! Trustworthy is hard to find these days and Josh and his team are that!

Our decision to move was a rather short notice one. John responded to our request immediately. He listened to all of our needs and concerns. But more than that, he addressed them each, one by one. His direction and guidance was invaluable. He helped us prepare the home for sale and to address all the details of closing accounts, ( such as propane, electricity, taxes, etc. ) staging, and dealing with the purchaser’s agent. He provided drone overhead photos as well as excellent inside and outside photos featuring our home. Every step of the way we felt comfortable with the process.
