This is my second real estate purchase with Dragana, and honestly, that should tell you everything you need to know. Buying a house is exciting… almost too exciting. It’s easy to fall in love with the pretty stuff and completely miss the things that could end up costing you thousands. Thankfully, Dragana doesn’t get caught up in the excitement. She sees the red flags, hidden issues, and little details that most people would overlook, and she makes sure you see them too. If anything, I was the one trying to pressure Dragana into writing offers on a couple of houses. Thankfully, she had the patience and wisdom to slow me down just enough to make the red flags impossible to ignore, undoubtedly saving me thousands of dollars in repairs down the road. Since I could only look at homes on the weekends, she dedicated entire Saturdays to my search, from dawn until dusk. We regularly toured 15+ homes in a single day, and she never made me feel rushed or like I was taking too much of her time. She was always patient, responsive, and available whenever I needed her. She wasn’t focused on making a sale. She was focused on making sure I bought the right home, and that’s exactly why I trusted her enough to work with her again. If you’re looking for someone who’s knowledgeable, honest, incredibly hardworking, and genuinely looking out for your best interests, Dragana is the realtor you want in your corner. I was very satisfied with Armando in the whole sales process. He was always available and very helpful for any kind of question came up during process.

Josh and his team did an amazing job. Listed the house, brought the home the team out, shot videos and helped me every step of the way. I have worked with a lot of realtors being in the construction industry and hands down Josh is the best. Above and beyond on service, got me above asking, helped with small repairs, and had 3 showings the day it was listed!!! He was a blessing to me and my family! Trustworthy is hard to find these days and Josh and his team are that!

When it looked like our contract with the buyer was going to fall through, Linda went above and beyond to renegotiate and push us forward to a successful closing.
