With her husband born and raised locally, it was an easy choice to put down roots and raise their family in this friendly, charming community. Licensed since 2022, Amanda has quickly built a strong reputation and has been recognized as part of the West Volusia REALTORS® Association Circle of Excellence for the past three years. A Real Professional

Amanda proved herself to be very knowledgeable about the local market. She organized an open house with other competing realtors to promote three hard-to-sell neighborhood homes. Our buyer came from the open house visitors. Her patience and professionalism steered us through a very frustrating process. Above and beyond

Amanda provided great advice as how best market our home and navigate through the current real estate market. She volunteered to do open houses. Being that we were remote, she helped us understand what was happening. Even through the post sale environment, she helped us prepare the house for transfer to the new owners, including helping us get rid of things we didn't want to move. Amanda really went above and beyond.
