This is not the first time we’ve done business with Andrea Mendonca, and once again she exceeded our expectations. She made the selling process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. Samantha used to live in our neighborhood and after she moved she continued to stay connected. One day while we were outside doing yard work Samantha stopped by and introduced herself and talked with us and gave us her business card. Over the next few years we would see her from time to time in the neighborhood passing out various holiday "goodies" and even spear-heading a community garage sale. When we decided to move and sell our home we knew exactly who we wanted to be our agent and from start to finish Samantha was amazing! We highly recommend her!

Clementine is knows the market and has shared real, useful advice through the home buying process. We bought the house from Open Door and I am so glad Clementine was our advocate through the process. It is difficult to work with a large corporation, but for us, it was easy because Clementine did all of the hard parts like communicating with right contact in the company and negotiating through the needed concessions. The home is older and Clementine got Open Door to replace the roof and the outdated, recalled electrical panel on top of some monetary concessions. We could not have bought the house in our dream location without Clementine!

Alan’s experience and integrity secured the best price for my house. Selling a property while living in the UK could have been incredibly stressful, so I depended on Alan greatly, and he delivered. When remedial work was required, he immediately had trusted professionals on hand to fix every issue, while managing great communication with the buyer’s side. Meeting him in person near closing confirmed what I already knew: he is highly professional, personable, and made me feel like a friend. I cannot recommend him highly enough!
