Nicholas, a native of Coral Springs, FL grew up with real estate in his blood. His father has successfully owned and operated their family real estate business in South Florida for over 40 years. After high school Nick moved to Orlando for college where he attended the University of Central Florida. After graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, he knew that he wanted to follow the family tradition and become a Realtor. Two thumbs up and 3 cheers and 5 stars for Samantha!

Samantha used to live in our neighborhood and after she moved she continued to stay connected. One day while we were outside doing yard work Samantha stopped by and introduced herself and talked with us and gave us her business card. Over the next few years we would see her from time to time in the neighborhood passing out various holiday "goodies" and even spear-heading a community garage sale. When we decided to move and sell our home we knew exactly who we wanted to be our agent and from start to finish Samantha was amazing! We highly recommend her!

Great Experience

Samantha did an excellent job getting our house on the market, dealing with a buyer’s agent who was less than organized, and sold our house during the holidays. She was with us all the way, reassuring us when needed, and congratulating us the day the ink dried. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent! For all of your real estate needs, Samantha is the best person to turn to!

Professional with Results

Samantha is very professional, knowledgeable and approachable. Her calm demeanor offers comfort along with her knowledge of explaining each step and expectations. We never had a problem with her answering her phone. She was always accessible to us. We followed her advice which gave us the outcome we desired. I truly would recommend her to anyone. However, please listen, she does know what she is saying, even if it's not want you want to hear. Our results was her result as well. Thank you Samantha!

Treated us like family!

My fiancée and I had completely different ideas about what we wanted in a home but Sally was super helpful, in helping us find the perfect middle ground for us. She treated us like family! The process was smooth despite the seller having a few hang ups. 10/10 recommend!
