I grew up in the greater Seattle area and earned my bachelor’s degree in communication with a minor in business management from Washington State University (go Cougs!). Prior to starting my real estate career, my professional background included working as a TV news producer and I also worked in human resources and operations management. I also was the owner/operator or a local floral design studio for 13 years, where I had the privilege of working with hundreds of local couples designing their wedding flowers. While my professional background is diverse, the common thread has always been working with people, which is something I truly love. After a lifelong interest in all aspects of real estate, I got my license to practice real estate in 2017. I’m currently based out of John L. Scott’s Bellingham office, and often help clients in Bellingham, Ferndale, Lynden, Everson, Blaine, Burlington, Sedro Woolley and Mount Vernon. I work with a range of clients, including first-time home buyers, people looking to scale up or downsize and those relocating to or from the local area. I also am personally involved in investment properties and have several clients who are working on building their investment portfolios. Another area I’m knowledgeable in is lakefront properties, as I live on Lake Samish and know firsthand what is involved in owning a property on a lake. Mira is brilliant at her profession.

After dealing with other agents on other properties we were greatly impressed by there abilities in a tough market. We got a full price offer without having to negotiate at all. The title transfer went smoothly even though we have limited mobility thanks to there help. All in all we were very pleased.

We met Colleen about 6 years before we ever did a deal for her. Once or twice a summer we would call her about a property on Whidbey. She was always friendly, always knowledgeable. Excellent Communication and support!

Tanner was very knowledgeable of the market and each space we saw together. She showed us multiple houses and was always supportive. When we found the house we loved it turned out to be a tricky deal and Tanner was so amazing and she got us the house! I’d highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home, she makes a stressful process feel easy.

Excellent Realtor, who genuinely cares about her clients’ experience

Jen is an excellent realtor and former contractor who were the has all of the skills to make buying or selling a property easy on the client. She gave great advice on projects to complete before listing and projects to differ. Hired excellent staging from Green House - really made the property look great! We had a couple snafu’s with potential buyers and ultimately the transaction took longer than we expected – but Jen was there every step of the way following up negotiating, ensuring all the T’s were crossed, and the I were dotted. Jen’s personality and interpersonal skills are perfect for being a realtor! She’s able to translate needs and wants of both parties and figure out a way to get the deal done. We cannot recommend Jen highly enough- we will absolutely go with Jen for any property transactions we have in the future.
