A Realtor Who Truly Goes Above and Beyond
I can’t say enough good things about Rosie and the job she did helping me purchase my home. Buying a house is a big decision with a lot of moving parts, and Rosie was there throughout the entire process making sure everything kept moving in the right direction. Being an out-of-town buyer made things more challenging because I couldn’t always be there in person. Rosie went above and beyond to make sure that wasn’t an issue. She would FaceTime me from properties so I could see homes as if I was there with her. When I couldn’t make walkthroughs in person, she handled them with me over FaceTime, taking the time to show me everything, point things out, and answer my questions. That gave me a lot of confidence buying a home from hundreds of miles away. What I appreciated most was that Rosie wasn’t just trying to sell me a house. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and what was important to me. She was patient, stayed on top of the details, and was always willing to make a call or find an answer when something came up. Rosie was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with my decision. She helped with everything from finding properties and dealing with the builder to inspections, walkthroughs, paperwork, and closing. Even after closing, Rosie continued to check in and make sure everything was going well with the house. That type of follow-up and customer service says a lot about the kind of Realtor she is. I’m extremely happy with my home and grateful Rosie helped me through the entire process. An incredible advocate who went above and beyond to make our dream of homeownership a reality.
Having Angela and Michael Lopez as our real estate agents was an incredible experience from beginning to end. From our first conversation, Angela took the time to understand our non-negotiables, budget, timeline, and exactly what we wanted for our family. Throughout the entire process, they never lost sight of those priorities. Their communication was exceptional. Whenever my husband or I had a question, they were quick to respond. When we needed an inspector, quotes, or other professionals, Angela and Michael often had a list of trusted options for us by the end of the day. We never felt like we were navigating the process alone. What truly showed us the value of having the right agents was the first home we placed an offer on. The inspection revealed significant issues with the roof, and the sellers were unwilling to address them. Angela and Michael handled the difficult conversations and negotiations while keeping us informed and reassuring us to trust the process. They reminded us that we didn't have to settle and that our dream home was still out there. They were right! That house didn't work out, but the next one did—and today, it's the home we absolutely love and get to call ours. Their care didn't stop at closing either. They continued checking in afterward to make sure we were happy and didn't need anything. My husband and I feel incredibly blessed that Angela and Michael were part of such an important milestone in our lives. If you're buying or selling, we wholeheartedly recommend them.
