In July 2026 I entrusted LeAnne Endres with the task of selling my Palmetto, FL home. It is now 3 weeks into September and we've successfully closed on the sale. In less than 3 months LeAnne did a fantastic job marketing the home. She held several open houses, represented us in the sale of some furniture to the buyers, advised me on a few minor negotiable issues, recruited help for me to remove a large TV from the living room wall, and overall did everything you would want your agent to do for you. On top of all the necessary work, I could always count on LeAnne to answer my calls and emails within a very short period of time.
