Gary told me on the first day that he listed my house that he would take care of everything. And he did just that. He is professional, knowledgeable, honest and a complete joy to work with. I am very thankful for all he did to sell my house.

I had a great experience working with Gary Edelen of Edelen Company Inc, realtor, while securing property at 4000 Almond Avenue., Sarasota, FL. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and always took the time to answer all of my questions throughout the process. His professionalism and attention to detail made everything go smoothly, and I felt confident every step of the way. I am very happy with the service and with my new home. I would highly recommend Gary Edelen of Edelen Company, Inc. to anyone looking to buy property.

I currently live in SC but relocating to Venice Florida. On January 10th I received a link to this house from a friend that lives in the neighborhood I bought in. He said use Nicole Sampson, that’s who we used and we love her. I called Nicole at 10:00 am, we discussed the house and she was over there at 1:00 pm same day to virtually show me the house. She described the good and bad, there was no ugly….Next she got me connected to a lender she knew who was fantastic. She was with me every step of the way. She answered all my calls and texts and she was so professional, smart and diligent to make sure the house was perfect for me. Three weeks later I closed on my new home. That’s how efficient she is. I highly recommend Nicole, she’ll take good care of you.

Nicole went above and beyond our expectations. She was prompt with returning phone calls and keeping us up to date. She met us at our convenience and went out of her way in picking things up for us. She even helped with some manual labor! Very personable and follows thru with everything she says. Would highly recommend her!!!

I used to be a mortgage broker so I’ve worked with a lot of agents in the past. Nicole, by far is one of the best agents I have ever worked with. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She has many contacts to help assist with the home buying process. She is extremely prompt with returning calls and providing all the necessary paperwork for the process while taking the time to thoroughly explain everythin. We were purchasing a home from out of state and she offered to go well beyond the normal duties of a real estate agent to help assist and ease the process for us. I would use Nicole again and I would highly recommend her.
