Tammy was so helpful in selling our house. She worked with me to make sure that I was set up properly to show my house at it's best. With her help, we had a showing scheduled within 30 minutes of it being posted and under contract within 36 hours. Tammy was always quick to communicate with us whether we texted, emailed, or called her.

Tammy is the absolute best. She has been my seller agent on 2 separate occasions, and both times went the extra mile. I cannot say enough good things about her. Bottom line she gets results. If you are looking for an agent who will be in your corner until the deal is closed look no further.

Tammy is AMAZING!! I have been out of the home selling market for 15 years and was very nervous. Tammy reassured me that everything will work out. As an “A” type personality I like to keep a hands on approach but Tammy was so knowledgeable, communicative and downright savvy I totally gave her full control. Tammy worked really hard for me. I began the home buying process less than two months before my apartment lease ended. She made herself available daily, to show houses anywhere that I asked. She sent me listings, set up showings, and answered all of my phone calls, even when I called her at 9:00 at night. She negotiated prices, and did not allow me to close until I was 100% satisfied. Her communication was amazing, and she informed me of every date, time, and update as soon as she was heard anything. She went out of her way to make sure I closed on the date I was told, contacted the listing agent immediately if I had questions, and scheduled all appointments timely. If you are looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and hard working realtor, then Tammy is your girl! She WILL work hard for you!

Tammy was absolutely wonderful she got it done when no one else could. She is honest hard working and very persistent with loan company’s. She came to us when we were looking to rent and sold us our first home. Her communication is absolutely impeccable whenever you need her you can get ahold of her 24/7.(I know this because I work rotating shifts) All in all she did a amazing job working with us and I will be glad to refer her to anyone looking to sell our buy a home she just gets it done!
