With her help, we had a showing scheduled within 30 minutes of it being posted and under contract within 36 hours. Tammy was always quick to communicate with us whether we texted, emailed, or called her.

Tammy worked really hard for me. I began the home buying process less than two months before my apartment lease ended. She made herself available daily, to show houses anywhere that I asked. She sent me listings, set up showings, and answered all of my phone calls, even when I called her at 9:00 at night. She negotiated prices, and did not allow me to close until I was 100% satisfied. Her communication was amazing, and she informed me of every date, time, and update as soon as she was heard anything. She went out of her way to make sure I closed on the date I was told, contacted the listing agent immediately if I had questions, and scheduled all appointments timely. We met Tammy through a friend and the experience from the start was great we weren’t in the right spot to buy just yet but Tammy Gave us great information on how to get our credit to where we needed to be in within around 4 to5 months we we’re ready to start our buying process she showed us what ever houses we liked and literally in two days we were putting an offer on a home we loved and with all the knowledge she had it made us feel like family knowing she was doing everything to help get this home the response time between day to day things we had to do was great and she was on top of the other company’s involved in the process for paper work and I was a little crazy through out making sure I had everything done on time but she kept me reassured that it would all pull through and here we are a few weeks later in.
