Needed to sell my house in Lakewood Ranch/Lorraine lakes community. Had rented a house in Sarasota from Colette & Al Kilgore before. I called Al for a reference and told him why, he agreed and said that Colette was a real estate agent now if I needed someone, well, I did. I hired her, and boy am I glad I did. Colette is the utmost in professionalism. Her knowledge about the market and my particular area was incredible. Once I hired her, she went to work on the listing. All pictures and videos were done very professionally and were beautiful once the listing came out. When the listing came out, within 4 hours we had 3 showings booked and the second booking bought the house. It was because of her knowledge and professionalism and the way she worked with both the client and the clients agent, that the house was sold so fast. She was not afraid to pick up the phone and call me while the client and their agent were looking at the house and asking questions that needed to be answered by me. It was for that reason that my house sold 24 hrs after posting on MLS. In my opinion she is thee best Real Estate agent I could've hired here.
