Joanne was a complete pleasure to work with in finding our home. She was very flexible, attentive, and paid close attention to detail ensuring we found the perfect house to suit our needs. She was fantastic in working with the sellers agent and kept us very informed. Would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home and in need of an agent who truly cares about finding the perfect home for you.

Working with Jo Puster was an absolute blessing throughout the entire process of selling our home. Jo went above and beyond in every way possible to help get this deal together and across the finish line. Her passion, dedication, honesty, and integrity truly stood out from start to finish. Real estate transactions can be stressful, but Jo always made us feel informed, supported, and confident every step of the way. She worked tirelessly behind the scenes, communicated exceptionally well, and genuinely cared about doing what was best for us not just making a sale. If you are looking for a realtor in Florida who is trustworthy, hardworking, professional, and truly invested in her clients, I would highly recommend Jo Puster. We are incredibly thankful for everything she did for our family. Ryan Yutzy

Vary Happy Communication was great

Collette knew what to do to sell our house. She worked tirelessly with open houses and showings. She made small adjustments to the house to make it show better which resulted in a sale.

They both were very professional and knew what to do to sell our house. Truly blessed to have them represent us.

Colette and Alan were the consummate professionals in everything they did. Their marketing plan and data really helped us get to know the current market. They kept us in the loop on all feedback they received either from open houses to realtor's showings.

Rachel Tritschler and Rick Tritschler with RE/MAX Alliance Group were absolutely outstanding in helping me sell my home. From start to finish, they were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always quick to respond to my emails, texts, and phone calls. I had already moved out of the home while it was on the market, and Rachel truly went above and beyond. She took care of the property as if it were her own—putting out the trash, collecting the mail, and making sure everything stayed in great condition. She also managed all the updates, including interior painting, new carpet, and any necessary repairs, which gave me so much peace of mind. Rachel was extremely proactive with marketing. She hosted open houses almost every weekend until the home sold and created a beautiful online video of the property, along with drone footage. It was clear she used every available tool to showcase the home in the best possible way. What meant the most to me was how in tune she was with my emotions throughout the process. Selling a home can be stressful, but Rachel was always supportive, understanding, and fully involved every step of the way. I truly can’t recommend Rachel and Rick highly enough. They are a fantastic team, and I’m so grateful for everything they did.

Rachel and her father, Rick were a great team! Together they were able to combine both of their perspectives into the best plan to sell the grandparents house. We are from out of state, and they went above and beyond the call of duty to stage the house, to create a very professional video, and to get the house sold for the best price we could get! We highly recommend!
