ALICE SCIARRINO

Everything was taken care of. Very helpful in taking care of everything

Alice made me feel at ease right from the start. I had never owned a condominium and unsure about many of the details involved in buying one. Alice was very knowledgeable about the property and guided me throughout the whole process.

This is our second experience using Alice as our agent, and once again she has been absolutely outstanding. Not only is Alice professional in every aspect of the business, she is patient, sincere and passionate about everything that needs to be done for her clients. Alice has gone above and beyond for us in so many ways. She is a true asset to her industry! I would recommend Alice to anyone looking to buy or sell Real Estate in the Sarasota area.

Alice helped us agree on a purchase price within two days of us agreeing to sell our former residence with a required closing date of one month. We felt she helped us get a very favorable purchase price, and continued to help all the way through the closing, including answering our questions about the process and filling out paper work and the home inspection results and was willing to communicate with the seller through the sellers agent with any concerns we had.

Alice was very professional, very knowledgeable and very encouraging while our house was on the market, which it was for three months during the pandemic. She was always available for questions and amenable to addressing our concerns. She was patient with us and informative. She was willing to do open houses and gave us summaries of how they went. She was helpful all the way through the process through closing.
