I was very nervous when I decided to put my house on the market last year. It was a difficult market and I had a lot of fears. But my realtors Tim Fink and Ervina Fink put all my worries to rest. They took the time to truly know what I needed out of this sale and what price I needed to sell my house for. They were there to guide me through every step, answered all of my many questions very quickly, and provided constant communication about the market, showings, or items they needed. They were both so easy to work with and talk too. I have animals, so I was nervous on how showings were going to work. They both assured me that everything would be fine and it definitely was! They worked with me and made sure I had adequate time to move my animals before any showings, and gave me fast feedback on how each showing went. They both had a vast market knowledge and constantly monitored the market in my area to give me the best options. Any offers on my house were immediately sent to me along with a breakdown of what those numbers actually meant, so I knew if an offer made sense for what I needed. And they expertly negotiated for anything I asked for or needed. I'm so happy to say that my house sold in 8 months! I still see houses all over that were for sale when I started and are still on the market. The result was so much better than any of my initial expectations entering this market. Not only was I able to sell my house, but the final sale price covered the HELOC loan and I still had money left over from the sale. I still can't put into words what that result means to me and the weight that was lifted from my shoulders. Tim was an excellent commentator throughout the entire listing, negotiating and closing process. He sold our house and found our new house. He took care of everything and kept us informed. If we asked a question he responded very quickly. He knows the market and how to navigate it. We highly recommend him.

Tim -- was easy to communicate with and quite responsive to any questions or inquiries. He knew the real estate market in our area and for our type of property specifically. He did not just list the house. He created a very professional and beautiful video walking a person through the entire property. Tim did not just take the listing and tell us good luck, but rather was present for every showing and open house, and sought and received feedback from other realtors re the property. We successfully sold our house and closed within a short time of the closing of our new house. Tim made this stressful process and experience much easier. Tim was an absolute professional through our selling and buying process. He is very knowledgeable and up to date on the market. He was very responsive to our questions and concerns and always got back to us quickly. He spent a lot of time with us showing us houses in various neighborhoods. He told us to let him handle the stress so we could focus on our move and the new house. Tim also showed compassion as a medical event distracted us, but Tim took care of everything.
