If you need to sell your home, Julian is your man. Our house was located in one of the worst flood zones and we did NOT think it was going to sell, especially after nearly flooding during hurricane Helene. Julian was able to make it happen - BUT it didn't come easy. The buyers found out the day before closing that they didn't actually have the funds - a mistake by their broker. Instead of accepting the cancelation policy that the buyer's realtor kept trying to push, Julian didn't take no for an answer. He skipped the other realtor and talked to the buyers to give them a referral to an amazing mortgage broker who was able to work everything out on the financial side of things. Long story short, he got the job done and we are forever grateful.

Four, she is bilingual, which really helped keep my mother - who speaks only Spanish- in the loop. Sarahi made my mother feel comfortable and they could go see properties together without needing me or my husband to translate. And five, when there were moments of uncertainty - for example when the seller wouldn’t respond to our offer- Sarahi was always able to instill a sense of security and calm with her knowledge and her poise. This is the second time my husband and I have gone through the home buying process- the first in Boston. And Sarahi blew us away and made the experience smoother and more pleasant than our first time. Her attention to detail, superb organizational skills, expert knowledge of the market, and beautiful warmth and charisma made the whole experience unforgettable. My mom was especially moved by the gift basket she received at closing, which was yet another way in which Sarahi surprised us. I cannot recommend her more highly.
