Queen of Open Houses

Dana has years of experience behind her and knows real estate. She is one bundle of energy! I think she put on something like eight weekend open houses that resulted in many prospects and ultimately the right buyer at the right time. Her photographer is the best real estate photog we’ve ever had. Dana is an astute negotiator & gets the best and fairest deal for her client. I think what’s most important is she’s ethical. If she wasn’t, I don’t think she’d be in business for so many years. She has sold some houses two and three times over. Dana is very busy and in high demand but her very capable assistant Teresa is there to help.

A knowledgeable realtor who cares and gives 110%

Dana is a well known realtor in our neighborhood, with years of experience and satisfied clients, so when it came time to sell our home, my wife and I didn't hesitate to choose her for our realtor. As it turned out, she was even better than we anticipated, due to her expert knowledge of the waterfront area from Madiera Beach to Terre Verde. For starters, she knew how to price our home right so that it would sell in a timely fashion. She has a great photographer and created a listing that made our 50-year-old home shine. Perhaps most important, she worked hard to complete a sale in less than a month! Frequent showings and open houses kept a steady traffic of potential buyers. When some repair issues arose, she had the contacts among plumbers, electricians and roofers to insure quick, effective and reasonably priced fixes. Her outgoing personality and self assurance helped keep us confident, even when a sale fell through. In short, she knows how to get things done. For example, she helped secure financing for the eventual buyer, and when the title company tried to postpone the closing date at the last minute, she made sure it went through as scheduled. In summary, Dana is a knowledgeable and dependable realtor who gets the job done!

Worked with Dana multiple times

We’ve bought two houses with Dana and sold another one. She worked really hard for us as a buyer agent and helped work through several challenges. As a sellers agent she went above and beyond to help us get the house ready for sale. She did weekly open houses until we got it sold
