I had the pleasure of renting a house from Fred. Fred & his team have been amazing. They are knowledgeable, professional, attentive and are always polite. Communication is very important to me & this was never an issue. Any questions &/or maintenance issues were always addressed. Always check the reviews for property managers. I unfortunately have had some bad experiences in the past that's why its important to me that I share my great experience with Fred and his team.

I’m happy to recommend Linda Boatwright to anyone who is selling or buying a home. We used her first to buy our home in Phoenix about 10 years ago. She was a master negotiator and knew the neighborhoods extremely well. We were moving in from out of state, had no knowledge of neighborhoods and she gave us invaluable advice. We ended up buying a home that we loved. Fast-forward 10 years, and it was time for us to sell and leave Arizona. Linda was the essential piece in making this easy for us. She gave us great guidance on pricing, staging, marketing, and everything else that goes into selling a home. She never hesitated to host open houses. We moved away before everything was final and she took care of our house in our absence. She got the house sold in record time and we received above asking price. We highly recommend Linda!

Lynnanne and I spent much time discussing how to best sell my home in a challenging market over a 15 month period. I had specific goals in mind as this was a second home for me over the winter months. I was not pressured to sell the home so was very cautious in how we marketing it. I even took the home off the market for 8 months since I was not comfortable with the pricing in the market.
